Q.01Really no meetings? Even once?
Correct. We do everything over WhatsApp — voice notes are welcome. If you get stuck, we'll send a short Loom video walking you through the preview. A 30-minute scope call would cost more than the website itself.
Q.02What's actually included in $65/month?
The site itself (designed and written for you), hosting, SSL, domain connection, Google Business sync, basic SEO, analytics, monthly backups, and unlimited minor updates — copy tweaks, new photos, menu changes, adding a page. Bigger changes (whole new sections, shop, booking system) are quoted at cost, usually $50–150 once-off.
Q.03Do I own the site?
Yes. Your domain stays yours. If you ever leave, we hand over a static export of the site so you can self-host or move. We'll even help with the DNS transfer.
Q.04What if I don't like it?
The first month is risk-free. We'll revise until you're happy, or refund in full. In practice, we get it right on the first try about 90% of the time because we keep scope tight — a working site, not a design Olympics.
Q.05Can you handle a shop / online ordering?
Yes. Small catalogues up to 50 items come as an add-on ($20/mo). Full Stripe checkout with order management is $25/mo on top. We don't do multi-warehouse Shopify replacements — if that's you, we'll refer you to someone who does.
Q.06How fast are “updates” really?
Same day, usually within two hours during 9am–9pm SGT. Message arrives → we read it → it's done. We don't batch work or run sprints — that's what “async” means here.
Q.07Is this a template builder?
No. Every site is built by hand on a small set of solid components we've refined. Nothing is drag-and-drop; nothing looks like a Wix template. But we're opinionated — we'll push back on choices that hurt conversions.
Q.08Who's behind Katalyst Labs?
A small team based in Singapore who've built and shipped software at larger companies and now want to do honest work for local businesses. You'll talk to the same two people every time.
